RareQoL was founded on the 4th of July in 2020. Some of us were friends who had lived experience of inequalities and felt the need to make a difference to our communities. We are a small team of advocates and professionals with shared and different experience, skills and expertise.

The business plan is mapped against the guidance set our in The Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act.

 It will make the public bodies listed in the Act think more about the long-term, work better with people and communities and each other, look to prevent problems and take a more joined-up approach.
